Purchasing the Wrong Plan: We will work with you to optimise your order if you accidentally purchase the wrong plan. This includes assisting you in selecting a different plan that better suits your needs. If the new plan is priced lower than the original purchase, we will refund the price difference accordingly.

Payment Mistakes: In the event of an accidental overpayment or other payment mistake, we will issue a refund for the excess amount paid.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Blueprint Bazaar.
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.
