Return Policy:

Refunds are only available before the purchased items are delivered via email. Refers cannot be processed once the plan set of documents has been dispatched. Additionally, refunds are not possible for orders of a cost-to-build report or standard plan optimization services, as our experts commence work immediately upon receipt of the order.

We offer two delivery methods for our plans: digital and physical.

  • Digital Delivery: When you choose digital delivery, your plans will be sent to the email address you provided immediately once they are ready for dispatch.
  • Physical Delivery: If you opt for physical delivery, please expect the plans to be delivered within up to three weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on your country of residence and local postal services.

Content Submissions:

When you submit any content to Iconicmode Limited, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and licence to utilise that content. This includes linking to, reproducing, modifying, adapting, publishing, displaying, distributing, translating, creating derivative works from, selling, renting, or licensing the content in connection with the Site or any Iconicmode Limited product, service, technology, or material, in any form or medium, now known or developed in the future, throughout the entire duration of any copyright associated with the content.

Submitting content to Iconicmode Limited confirms that you have the authority to grant these rights. Iconicmode Limited reserves the right to modify this Agreement, the Site, and the Site-related products and services at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. These modifications may include changes to the Terms and Conditions Agreement itself, alterations to the Site’s features or content, adjustments to fees or charges associated with using the Site or its products and services, and revisions to published pricing for Site-related products or services.

Any modifications will become effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided through various means such as posting on the Site or sending electronic or conventional mail. Your continued use of the Site and its products or services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. By our company policies and applicable laws and regulations, we do not provide services or enter into agreements with clients located in or operating from certain countries. The following countries are currently prohibited from engagement with our brand:

In any legal action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific transactions or agreements with Iconicmode Limited, and these other terms are incorporated into and supplement this Agreement.

No waiver by Iconicmode Limited of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, and no waiver shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Iconicmode Limited. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Iconicmode Limited’s prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only and do not define or explain any provisions. This Agreement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns.
